England to Switzerland. Eurovelo 5 or 15, which is better

Hi guys and girls, 

I live in London and are planning to bike to Milan in Italy in September. 

From London, i could reach Switzerland going south towards France and the Eurovelo 5 or head Northwest towards Holland and the Eurovelo 15.

I was wondering which one of the two is more panoramic. Not too concerned with difficulty level but would love to have a beautiful scenery surrounding me.

Any ideas, anyone?
